Our aim is to allow our partners to be as independent as possible, that's why SIHOT will provide all information you need for your integration since the beginning.

Our API documentation is available for all our partners, in our Developer Page.

SIHOT Test Environment

The access to the test environment and your personal credentials will be provided after your application has been qualified by SIHOT.

The test environment will be provided with a standard configuration which covers most of the expected integrations for the Connectivity Program. The use of this test environment is not exclusive.

Do you need a dedicated test environment for your use only, or with a customized configuration for your interface?

In this case, please send us your request and we will be pleased to provide a test environment adjusted to the specific needs of your integration.

This request will be charged with a subscription fee of € 10/ month.

What if technical support is needed?

Technical support is not foreseen for this program.

However, in case you require any assistance you can always get in touch with us. We will do our best to assist you and try to make your journey as smooth as possible.

According to the request, technical support might be charged with an extra fee of € 250/ hour.
