How can I know if my integration qualifies for the Connectivity Program?
SIHOT Connectivity Program has been created for those partners who are willing to independently develop their integration with SIHOT, and therefore for those who do not require extensive technical support.
The access to this program is not available for all integration types, as we already know that some integrations necessarily require a more complex development from both sides. Please check the qualification guidelines for more details.
What if the API documentation required for my integration is not available in the Developer Page?
We are constantly working to update our API documentation in our website, in order to provide you with all the tools you need for your integration. If the API documentation required for your specific development is not yet published, do not hesitate to contact us.
Is technical support included?
Technical support is not foreseen for this program.
However, in case you require any assistance you can always get in touch with us. We will do our best to assist you and try to make your journey as smooth as possible.
According to the request, technical support might be charged with an extra fee of € 250/ hour.
Is there any fee to access to the Connectivity Program?
The access to documentation and test environment within the Connectivity Program is free of charge for all qualified integration partners.
Please note that a fixed fee of €160 will be charged when development is completed and the certification call is scheduled.
This fee is necessary to guarantee the availability of our highly qualified consultants during the certification call. Check the certification process for more details.
What happens if the verification of some test cases during the certification call is not successful?
If the integration does not pass the certification process, we will provide you with detailed information on how to correct the failed test cases.
When corrections will be applied, you will be able to arrange a new certification call with SIHOT, to verify just the pending use cases.
Do I have to certify again my integration when SIHOT releases an update?
No, SIHOT endeavours to ensure backwards compatibility.
Once the integration is certified, is there any costs for the customer to connect my interface?
The customers will be charged with a fee by SIHOT upon the connection of any new interface. That includes: - A one-off fee for the interface configuration, which will vary on the support effort required. Please note that the costs for on-premise customers will be higher than SaaS customers, due to the higher configuration effort required. - A monthly fee, which will vary between 0.62€ and 1.66€ per room, according to the characteristics and consumption of the interface.
What should I do when a client requests to connect my solution to SIHOT?
To connect any new interface, the customer must directly inform his Sales Agent or Support Team of reference at SIHOT. The connection of the interface is subject to the acceptance of the customer to the interface fees.
Once the sales process is completed, our Team will make the necessary configurations for your interface in the client environment and will provide you with the URL and credentials to start your implementation.
Can the certification be used for marketing purposes?
Yes, after a successful certification we allow you to market your solution with the term Certified SIHOT-Interface and we will provide a logo and additional information for this purpose.
Your integration will also have a dedicated profile on the SIHOT Integration Finder.
