Full Integration Program has been designed to take care of the needs of all our partners, with no boundaries.

Access to the program

The Full Integration Program is the right solution for all those integrations types which require dedicated support and consultancy from the SIHOT team.

Also note that there are some integrations categories which must always go via this program, which are:

  • Channel Managers
  • Revenue Management Systems
  • Business Intelligence Systems

Once you have applied, we will request a detailed explanation of your project’s scope, including the expected use cases and data points involved, to ensure we have all the necessary information for an evaluation.

We will get in touch with you to schedule an introductory call with a dedicated SIHOT consultant, to discuss together the best integration solution for your case.

IMPORTANT

Project support through the Full Integration Program is subject to SIHOT’s resource availability. Each request will be reviewed individually to determine feasibility and possible timelines.

Certification Fees

After having discussed the requirements of your project during the introduction call, we will provide a commercial proposal for the best integration package for your purpose.

Your SIHOT consultant will suggest the best option according to the scope of your specific integration. Each integration package has a specific time contingent of technical support included. If you exceed the support time foreseen in the original package, you can always get additional support, by choosing a new package or purchasing extra hours (€ 250/ extra hour).

The integration package will also include the access to a dedicated test environment, as well as to a ticketing system to submit your enquiries.

Please note that the certification process will start only when the order has been confirmed and when the provided invoice will have been settled.


Implementation

Kick-off call

Once the proposal has been accepted, we will schedule a kick-off call during which we will define together the scope and functionalities to be implemented, and to clarify your initial questions.

At this stage, you will have to ensure that the technical officer responsible for the certification participates in the meeting, as various questions regarding the functionality and system connectivity might arise.


Interface documentation

After the introductory call, we will provide you with the interface specifications more adequate to your integration.


SIHOT Test environment

In the SIHOT Full Integration Program we will ensure that you will be provided with a test environment specifically adapted to your needs.

After the kick off call, you will receive the access to a private test environment and your personal credentials.

The access will be available free of charge during first 12 months. If you would like to keep the access after that time, an additional cost of €10/month will apply.


Implementation support

Technical support is provided during the certification process as the support effort is covered by the certification fee.

However, the support conditions may vary according to the package chosen. Please make sure that you check the conditions which apply to your specific package, which are defined in your commercial proposal.

SIHOT dedicated consultants will guide you through the whole process. We will strive to answer all the questions that may arise during implementation phase via our ticketing system and to make your certification process as smooth as possible.

In case you require additional support, more than the cover in the commercial proposal, you can always get a new package or purchase extra hours at the cost of € 250/ hour.


Certification Process

Once development is completed, we will schedule an appointment for the certification.

At this point, you will be provided with the test scenarios according to your project, which will be used as guidelines for the certification call. The certification appointment is to be scheduled in such a way that you have the sufficient time to prepare your solution.

The certification process has two main levels:

  • Certified Ready

During this first stage, the interface is tested in the SIHOT test environment. You will be requested to provide the interface implementation, which will be assessed in the test scenarios with the SIHOT team.

Certifications calls are performed remotely using the meeting tool Microsoft Teams.

SIHOT integrates several exception tests and errors into the test scenario. This step is essential to ascertain that your interface responds to the errors correctly.

If tests are successful, certification will be completed and ready to get into production. It will be displayed on SIHOT Integration Finder as Certified Ready.

Should you be not be able to pass the lab-test, another appointment for the first part of the certification needs to be scheduled.

  • Certified Proven

When the interface has been successfully implemented for three pilot customers, it will be considered Certified Proven, and so be displayed on the SIHOT Integration Finder.

That will be the proof that your integration fulfils the highest SIHOT quality standards.
