The Connectivity Program is dedicated to those partners who desire to independently develop their integration with SIHOT. The aim is to ensure a fast and autonomous integration workflow, where our partners are mainly in control.

SIHOT Connectivity Program has been created for those partners who prefer to be independent, therefore for those integrations which do not require technical development nor dedicated support from SIHOT.
As per our experience, we know that some interfaces will require a more extensive mutual development. These categories could not be included in this program.
Some of the typical integrations for the Connectivity Program are:

If your integration does not fit in any of these categories, you can submit your specific integration proposal upon application, by choosing the option "Others" in the Online Application Form.
We will be pleased to check your proposal and qualify it for the program if it applies, or suggest the best alternative for your case.
Our aim is to allow our partners to be as independent as possible, that's why SIHOT will provide all information you need for your integration since the beginning.
Our API documentation is available for all our partners, in the Integration APIs menu.
The access to the test environment and your personal credentials will be provided after your application will have been qualified by SIHOT team.
The test environment will be provided with a standard configuration which covers most of the expected integrations for the Connectivity Program. The use of this test environment is not exclusive.
If you prefer a dedicated test environment for your use only or a personalized configuration for your scope, please send us your request and we will be pleased to provide a private test environment adjusted to the specific needs of your integration.
This request will be charged with a subscription fee of € 10/ month.
Technical support is not foreseen for this program.
However, in case you require any assistance you can always get in touch with us. We will do our best to assist you and try to make your journey as smooth as possible.
According to the request, technical support might be charged with an extra fee of € 250/ hour.
The certification process has two main levels:
When submitting the Certification Request, we will schedule a certification call with our staff.
During the call, you will be requested to perform all the use cases submitted in your Certification Request Form, which will be tested and verified together with the SIHOT team.
The certification call will be performed remotely using the meeting tool Microsoft Teams.
If tests are successful, certification will be completed. The integration will be displayed on the SIHOT Integration Finder as Certified Ready, being available to go into production.
You will be informed about the outcome of the certification, as well as of the specifications of the functionalities integrated and the eventual restrictions identified.
When the interface has been successfully implemented for three pilot customers, it will be considered Certified Proven, and this it will be displayed on the SIHOT Integration Finder.
That will be the proof that your integration fulfils the highest SIHOT quality standards.
In order to certify your integration, we need to make sure that it works properly and that it covers all scenarios in SIHOT.
For this reason, once development has been completed, we will require you to submit a Certification Request and schedule a call with the SIHOT team to test your development.
This is a very important part of the certification process, as its aim is to ensure that the integration fulfils the quality standards which are expected by our common customers.
The certification call will be charged with a fee of € 160.
When receiving your Certification Request, SIHOT will send an invoice stating the corresponding fee. The payment of the invoice has to be completed before the scheduled certification call takes place.
Independently of the Certification costs, please note that the customers will be charged with a fee by SIHOT upon the connection of any new interface.
The Certification Request Form can be accessed anytime online. This way, since the beginning of the development you will be aware of the information you will have to submit to request you SIHOT certification.
In the Certification Request Form, you will be asked to provide the following data:
1. General information: company details and contacts for technical and business questions.
2. Product information: brief overview of your solution.
3. Details of the integration: description of the scope and of the API endpoints used for the integration; listing of the use cases which will have to be tested.
The test cases submitted will be used as guidelines for the certification call. All test cases have to follow the indicated format:
